Grounded in faith and guided by intention, Designing Devotion creates wedding designs that reflect covenant, commitment, and the quiet beauty of devotion.
The ability to see harmony in color, texture, and space is something I approach with gratitude and care, using it to serve couples as they step into a sacred covenant. Each design is shaped with reverence, crafted not only for beauty, but as a small act of faithfulness to the Author of all things beautiful.
I’ve long been drawn to the quiet power of detail—a fascination that began in childhood, helping my mother select paint colors and finishes for our home. That early instinct for composition and tone naturally led me into the world of weddings and events shortly after high school.
After several years serving as a design assistant and later creative coordinator within a planning firm, I stepped away from the industry to embrace marriage and a slower season at home in small-town Ohio with my high school sweetheart and our three cats. It was there that I realized creativity is not simply a career path for me, but a calling—one that continues to draw me back with intention.
Designing Devotion was born from that return: a refined, faith-rooted design practice shaped by experience, restraint, and a deep appreciation for meaningful celebration.
